The Institute of Financial Studies and the Financial Supervisory Authority, in partnership with the “Ștefan cel Mare” University in Suceava, invite you on April 18, 2024, at 11:00 AM to the SmartFIN@ISF Vocational Training Seminar & A.S.F. Paul DUMITRU - works within the Financial Supervisory Authority, Monitoring and Financial Education Service. With a career spanning over 20 years (of which 15 years in insurance), Mr. Dumitru has worked for various multinational and local companies in corporate and entrepreneurial financial services, holding several managerial positions at both local and regional levels (in Central and Eastern Europe). He is a graduate, valedictorian, of the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, holds a PhD from Manchester Metropolitan University (UK), an MBA (ASE / University of Ottawa), and is a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter, a certification in insurance from The Institutes (US).
