Vlad Gabriel NICOLĂESCU is an economist, graduate of the University of Bucharest, with a PhD in Management and over 16 years of experience in the financial market, working in both the banking system and the non-banking financial sector. Since 2013, he has been working at the Financial Supervisory Authority, holding various positions within its institutional structure. He completed a Master’s degree in the financial-banking field and is the author of several specialized articles. He has participated in teaching activities and delivered presentations at several universities in Romania. Additionally, he has given lectures at various conferences and seminars.
