The Institute of Financial Studies and the Financial Supervisory Authority, in partnership with the Danubius International University in Galați, invite you on November 27, 2024, at 16:30, to the SmartFIN@ISF Vocational Training Seminar & ASF Academic Laboratory. The seminar includes interactive and practical presentations on topics such as ESG, governance factors, risk and environment, and investment funds.

Ieronim ŞTEFAN – Coordinator of the Financial Education Department, Institute of Financial Studies.
Paul BARANGĂ – Holder of degrees in economic and legal sciences, he earned a Doctorate in Finance in 2020. He has extensive experience in financial services and instruments gained over the last 17 years, both in the private sector and within the Financial Supervisory Authority, where he has held various positions such as regulated markets specialist, head of service, deputy director, or director. He has contributed to the professional training of specialists in the Romanian capital market as an authorized lecturer for various professional training organizations. He currently works at the Financial Supervisory Authority, holding the position of Director of the Integrated Supervision Directorate.
Tudor IRIMIEA – Graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration in Cluj-Napoca in 2007, specializing in the Economics of Commerce, Tourism, and Services. Between 2007-2008, he worked as a Risk Analyst at CEC Bank S.A., and from 2008-2009, he held the position of Relationship Manager at Intesa Sanpaolo S.A. Bank. Since 2013, he has been a stockbroker at SSIF BRK Financial Group S.A., and in 2015, he founded the first investors’ club in Romania. Since July 2017, he joined the team at BT Asset Management SAI S.A., with direct responsibilities for promoting products in Transylvania. As of April 1, 2022, he was promoted to the position of Sales and Marketing Director.
