The Institute of Financial Studies and the Financial Supervisory Authority, in partnership with the Romanian-American University in Bucharest, invite you on November 27, 2024, at 12:00, to the SmartFIN@ISF Vocational Training Seminar & ASF Academic Laboratory. The seminar includes interactive and practical presentations on topics such as investment funds and admission to trading on the BVB market.

Ieronim ŞTEFAN – Coordinator of the Financial Education Department, Institute of Financial Studies.
Ileana BOTEZ – One of the pioneers of the capital market in Romania, with over 25 years of experience in this field. Since 1995, she has been working at the Bucharest Stock Exchange, serving as the general secretary of the company, coordinating as a director the activities related to the admission to trading of companies on the markets managed by the exchange and of trading intermediaries, the relationship with the company’s shareholders, marketing activities, communication, and international relations specific to this field, as well as corporate governance, contributing to the implementation of the BVB Corporate Governance Code project. She currently coordinates the activities related to admission to trading and the financial education program “Fluent in Finance”. She is a graduate of the Romanian-Canadian MBA, specializing in Finance, the Faculty of Finance and Banking at ASE, the Faculty of Legal and Administrative Sciences at Dimitrie Cantemir Christian University, and is a certified trainer by ANC. She is a member of the Advisory Board of the Faculty of Finance, Banking, Insurance, and Stock Exchanges. Since 2020, she has been a doctoral candidate at the Academy of Economic Studies, Finance Doctoral School, with a thesis topic in the field of corporate governance.
Iulian LOLEA – Manager of the risk department at Raiffeisen Asset Management, with over 12 years of experience in financial markets, holding positions such as risk analyst, portfolio manager, or investment specialist. Additionally, Iulian has taught for several years at the FABBV - ASE faculty and served on the Board of Directors of Poșta Română for 2 years. He pursued doctoral studies at the Finance Doctoral School, ASE, and CFA courses, publishing numerous articles in international scientific journals.
