General Information about the Project
Now in its 4th edition, the Insurance Academy is a professional specialization program dedicated to students, organized by UNSAR – National Union of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies in partnership with ISF – Institute of Financial Studies and ASF – Financial Supervisory Authority, consisting of a series of training modules delivered by insurance industry specialists.
Members of the registered teams will have the opportunity to interact and learn directly from industry professionals during the training modules.
The program also offers selected participants the chance to apply their acquired knowledge by completing a case study. Based on an evaluation that considers the preparation of the CV and cover letter, attendance, and engagement during the training modules, 10 teams will be selected to prepare and present their case study live, with 3 of them being designated as winners. Members of the winning teams will each receive a prize.

Registration Process
If you want to participate in the Insurance Academy Program – 4th edition, follow these simple steps:

Form a team with 2 other colleagues from your university.

Choose a team leader/spokesperson (one of the 3 team members) and a name for the team.

Prepare your CVs. They must be in Europass format.

Prepare one cover letter per team.*

Send the CVs and cover letters to the email address evenimente@isf.ro by March 13, 2025 (23:59).

Complete the consent form by following the link 👉 https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Declaratie-de-consimtamant-AdA-editia-a-IV-a by March 13, 2025 (23:59).
*The cover letter must be a maximum of one Word page, using Times New Roman font, size 12, with 1.15 line spacing.
Subsequently, the CVs and cover letters of the registered team members will be evaluated by a committee. The registered and accepted teams will participate in the Insurance Academy – 4th edition, where insurance specialists will deliver a series of excellent online courses for the participants’ future in this field.
After completing the program modules, 10 teams will be selected to complete a case study on a given topic. Following the submission and presentation of the case study, 3 winning teams will be chosen.
Prizes
A total of 9 prizes will be awarded, one for each member of the winning teams. The prizes are offered based on the team’s ranking, as follows:

1st Place: a laptop for each team member;

2nd Place: a tablet for each team member;

3rd Place: a pair of wireless earphones for each team member.
