This edition, like the previous ones, was a resounding success. We recorded a massive participation with a record number of 1,390 students for a single edition. A total of 118 classroom sessions were held, delivered by 37 trainers, experts in the non-banking financial sector, members of the National Union of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies in Romania (UNSAR) and the Association of Fund Administrators in Romania (AAF), alongside academic staff from prestigious institutions such as the Petroleum-Gas University in Ploiești and the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University in Iași.
The program was conducted in 11 counties (Alba, Arad, Brașov, Buzău, Dâmbovița, Dolj, Galați, Iași, Ilfov, Prahova, Suceava) and in the municipality of Bucharest, involving 24 high schools.
As in previous editions, the program structure included 4 modules, covered over 4 hours:
- Money and banks
- The insurance market
- The capital market
- The private pension system
The program provided the students of this edition with additional knowledge and confidence to better manage their finances, set clear financial goals, and apply the lessons learned to achieve a stable financial future.
This is a step forward in financial education in Romania, and the success of this program continues to grow with each edition, driven by the interest and enthusiasm shown by the participating educational institutions and, consequently, the large number of enrolled students. Positive feedback has also come from the trainers who delivered the presentations and interacted with the students.
