February - November 2021

The Institute of Financial Studies in academic partnership with Romanian universities supports financial education by attracting students in their final year, bachelor's or master's degree.

The vocational training seminar project aims to improve the skills and knowledge of students who will become consumers of financial services (at the end of their studies) but also potential employees in financial markets (insurance, banks, private pensions, investments).

The project involves holding seminars that include:

- interactive presentations on the subject of career (recruitment, personal development), starting from the requirements of the market / companies and continuing with the difficulties faced by future employees, especially in a pandemic context;

- presentations of case studies, technical and practical aspects in the field of insurance, capital market, private pensions.

The seminars are held by experts in the field, from the Financial Supervisory Authority, ISF or members of professional associations in the financial field, ISF partners.

Participating students will receive an assessment questionnaire in the field of career counseling - a valuable addition for students who want counseling and guidance for their future career.

The number of seats at these sessions is limited to 50 to provide real support to those present.

As a result of participation, students will receive Certificates of Participation issued by ISF and recognized by institutions operating in the field of non-bank financial markets.
