In the week of Global Money Week, the Institute of Financial Studies in partnership with the “Ștefan cel Mare” University from Suceava invites you on the date of 24 March 2023, hour 10:00 to the Vocational Training Seminar SmartFIN@ISF. The seminar includes interactive presentations on the subject of career and presentations of case studies, technical and practical aspects from the field of insurance, capital market, pensions.
Special guests at the session of 24 March:
Ioana BARBU is Manager in the area of Customer Experience, with an experience of over 14 years in the area of Customer Relations. She studied Communication and Public Relations at the University of Bucharest, continuing with a Master’s in Tourism Management. Her attention is directed towards the continuous improvement of customer experience and the enhancement of business processes.
