The 2023 Insurance School is a free event, in its sixth edition, primarily aimed at individuals in the field of insurance and/or reinsurance distribution, but also useful for other people interested in value-added sessions. The number of places at the event is limited and it will take place at Hotel Central, Ploiești.
Program:
- 9:30-10:00 - Welcome coffee and participant registration;
- 10:00-11:30 - First part;
- 11:30-11:45 - Coffee break;
- 11:45-13:15 - Second part/final. The theme of the event is "Sales Techniques. Capturing Attention and Handling Objections: Housing, Health, Life!".
The trainer for this edition is Dorel LĂCĂTUȘ, entrepreneur, associate at ELIRE Succes.
He is active in the field of adult education. He is an accredited lecturer by the Financial Supervisory Authority, has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, and has held regional and national manager positions in this field. In the period 2016-2022, he was an associate lecturer at the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Bucharest. He graduated from the Nicolae Bălcescu Land Forces Academy in Sibiu, Faculty of Military Sciences and Intelligence, and the master’s program in Occupational Health and Human Resource Performance at the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Bucharest.
