In a global context marked by accelerated digitalization and the emergence of new technologies, this year’s conference theme emphasizes a major strategic objective: strengthening Romania’s capacity to integrate innovation – particularly artificial intelligence – into the non-banking financial sector, without compromising supervision, stability, or consumer protection.
Alignment with international regulatory standards becomes essential not only for the competitiveness of the Romanian market but also for ensuring a sustainable and safe framework in the face of emerging risks. The conference brings together experts, authorities, and opinion leaders to identify concrete solutions and outline courses of action for a modern, efficient non-banking financial sector aligned with European best practices.
On this occasion, the Institute of Financial Studies is organizing the 11th edition of the International ISF Conference 2025 – Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation in Financial Markets: Romania Keeping Up with New Trends. This year’s event will be held at the Marriott Hotel, Constanţa Hall, on November 13, 2025, starting at 10:00 AM.
