On 12 November 2024, the Institute of Financial Studies (ISF) will organize the launch conference for the “FINEXPERT - Integrated Training Program for Financial Sector Specialists” project. The event will take place at the JW Marriott Hotel, Oradea Room, starting at 14:00.

The Institute of Financial Studies Foundation, as the beneficiary, will implement the project titled “FINEXPERT - Integrated Training Program for Financial Sector Specialists” – SMIS code 317838, funded under the Financing Contract no. 7101/11.09.2024, during the period of 1 October 2024 – 30 September 2027.
The total project value is 4,956,371.18 RON, of which the non-reimbursable funding from the European Union through the European Social Fund Plus under the Education and Employment Program 2021-2027 amounts to 1,982,548.47 RON, with the national budget contributing 2,973,822.71 RON.
The general objective of the project is to support the sustainable development of the financial sector in Romania (both banking and non-banking) by providing an integrated package of information, counseling, and professional training services for 608 financial professionals affected by rapid technological advancements and the constant evolution of labor market requirements.
The target group consists of 608 financial specialists (from both banking and non-banking sectors) residing in the Bucharest-Ilfov Region, with at least 50% women.
The project includes activities for information and awareness, counseling, and professional training for managers at all levels and employees in the financial sector. Additionally, transversal activities such as project management and communication-publicity are planned.
