The Institute of Financial Studies and the Financial Supervisory Authority, in partnership with the Academy of Economic Studies (ASE Bucharest) through the Faculty of Finance, Insurance, Banking, and Stock Exchanges (FABBV), invite you on December 7, 2022, at 09:00 to the SmartFIN@ISF Vocational Training Seminar and ASF Academic Laboratory. The seminar includes interactive presentations on career topics and case studies, as well as technical and practical aspects from the fields of insurance, capital markets, and pensions.
Special guests at the December 7 session:
Conf. univ. dr. Laura Elly NAGHI, Doctor in the field of Finance - Insurance with over 20 years of experience in adult professional training. She completed post-doctoral studies at ASE Bucharest in the field of insurance. She has published several books in the financial field, BDI articles, and frequently participates in international conferences. An ANC-authorized trainer with international certifications, she has contributed to the development of professional training manuals specific to non-banking financial markets. She delivers presentations at events organized in the financial market, including financial education projects for students (middle school, high school) and pre-university teachers.
Mihaela BADEA has extensive experience in training, management, insurance, and media. She was trained in top companies and says her motivation comes from social interactions and high-quality results. She encourages experiential learning in an open and active environment and believes she learns best when teaching others. Mihaela is the Training and Organizational Development Manager at Groupama Asigurări, a company where she has held various roles in training, consulting, recruitment, and coordination.
Paul DUMITRU works at the Financial Supervisory Authority, in the Monitoring and Financial Education Service. With a career spanning over 20 years (including 15 years in insurance), Mr. Dumitru has worked for various multinational and local companies in corporate and entrepreneurial financial services, holding several managerial positions at both local and regional levels (in Central and Eastern Europe). He is a top graduate of the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, holds a doctorate from Manchester Metropolitan University (UK), an MBA (ASE / University of Ottawa), and is a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter, a certification in insurance from The Institutes (US).
