The Institute of Financial Studies and the Financial Supervisory Authority, in partnership with the “Ștefan cel Mare” University in Suceava, invite you on May 15, 2025, at 10:00 to the SmartFIN@ISF Vocational Training Seminar. The seminar includes interactive presentations, case studies, and technical and practical aspects from the fields of financial education, the insurance market, and private pensions.
Special Guests at the May 15, 2025 Session:
- Ieronim ȘTEFAN – Holds a degree in Public Administration and Management and a master’s degree in Banking and Insurance, both obtained from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. Currently, he is a PhD candidate at the University of Craiova. With a solid background in economics, he has gained professional experience at the Romanian Cultural Institute (ICR) in the financial-accounting department and at the Insured Guarantee Fund (FGA). Since 2020, he has been part of the Institute of Financial Studies (ISF) team, where, since 2024, he has coordinated the Financial Education Department. He is certified as a Trainer and Project Manager.
- Roxana BĂLUŢĂ – Program Coordinator and Life and Health Insurance Specialist at UNSAR – National Union of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies in Romania, with a career spanning over 20 years in insurance, including 8 years of extensive experience in reshaping and improving operational processes, as well as developing insurance products. Before joining the professional association of insurers, Roxana was responsible for project management at one of the most well-known companies in the industry. Currently, Roxana manages several programs within UNSAR, while also coordinating the activities of the Marketing, Communication, and PR Group, the Digitalization and Innovation Group, and the Life and Health Insurance Section.
- Florentin TUDOR – Expert in Management within the Financial Education Department of the Financial Supervisory Authority, graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administrative Sciences in Craiova in 2003. He served as a Legal Advisor at SIF Oltenia SA between 2005 and 2011 and worked as a Specialist Inspector in the Market Supervision and Analysis Service, Private Pensions Sector, from 2013 to 2024.
