The Institute of Financial Studies and the Financial Supervisory Authority, in partnership with Transilvania University in Brașov, invite you on March 21, 2025, at 12:00, to the SmartFIN@ISF Vocational Training Seminar and ASF Academic Laboratory. The seminar includes interactive presentations, case study discussions, and technical and practical aspects related to financial education, the capital market, and artificial intelligence in insurance.
Special guests at the March 21, 2025 session:
Ieronim Ștefan - holds a degree in Public Administration and Management and a master’s degree in Banking and Insurance, both obtained from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. He is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Craiova. With a solid background in economics, he has gained professional experience at the Romanian Cultural Institute (ICR) in the financial-accounting department and at the Insured Guarantee Fund (FGA). Since 2020, he has been part of the Institute of Financial Studies (ISF) team, where, since 2024, he coordinates the Financial Education Department. He is certified as a Trainer and Project Manager.
Horia Gustă – President of the Association of Fund Managers in Romania since March 2020, General Director of Certinvest Investment Management Company from 2010 until April 2021. Active in the Romanian capital market since 2000, working in the following areas: investment management, as Legal Advisor, internal control, and head of SAI Certinvest; financial intermediation, through roles held (Legal Advisor and Member of the Board of Directors) at Intercapital Invest; leasing, as Senior Legal Advisor at International Leasing. Graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest.
