The Institute of Financial Studies (ISF) and the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF), in partnership with the University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Sciences, and Technology “George Emil Palade” in Târgu Mureș, invite you on 28 October 2024, at 09:00, to the SmartFIN@ISF Vocational Training Seminar & ASF Academic Laboratory. The seminar includes interactive presentations on career topics, case studies, and technical and practical aspects related to online security and private pensions.

Ieronim ȘTEFAN – Coordinator of the Financial Education Department at ISF.

Mircea-Constantin ȘCHEAU – Holds a PhD in Public Order and National Security, with a focus on the economic and security-related topic of “Cybercrime in Financial Transactions.” He is the author/co-author of three books, one of which received the “Victor Slăvescu” Award from the Romanian Academy, and over 50 scientific articles on topics such as management, law enforcement, critical infrastructures, information technology, artificial intelligence, defense, and cybersecurity. He is a lecturer at numerous international conferences, an honorary associate researcher at the University of Craiova, Maritime University of Constanța, Danubius University in Galați, and a member of, among others, the Institute of European Studies at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj.

Florentin Tudor – Management Expert in the Financial Education Department of the Financial Supervisory Authority. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administrative Sciences in Craiova in 2003, served as a Legal Advisor at SIF Oltenia SA between 2005 and 2011, and worked as a Specialist Inspector in the Market Supervision and Analysis Service, Private Pensions Sector, from 2013 to 2024.
