The Institute of Financial Studies and the Financial Supervisory Authority, in partnership with the National School of Political Studies and Public Administration in Bucharest, invite you on November 11, 2024, at 12:00, to the SmartFIN@ISF Vocational Training Seminar & ASF Academic Laboratory. The seminar includes interactive presentations on the topic of non-banking finance and case study presentations, technical and practical aspects from the field of artificial intelligence in the financial market and the insurance market.
Special guests at the session on November 11, 2024:
Paul DUMITRU – works within the Financial Supervisory Authority, Monitoring and Financial Education Service. With a career spanning over 20 years (of which 15 years in insurance), Mr. Dumitru has worked for various multinational and local companies in corporate and entrepreneurial financial services, where he held several managerial positions at both local and regional levels (in Central and Eastern Europe). He is a graduate, top of his class, of the Politehnica University in Bucharest, holds a doctorate from Manchester Metropolitan University (UK), an MBA (ASE / University of Ottawa), and is a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter, a certification in insurance from The Institutes (US).
Alina BĂRBULESCU – specialist in General Insurance (non-auto), has been part of the UNSAR team for 5 years, with 17 years of experience in the insurance field. She specializes in property and casualty insurance. Insurance entered her life in her first year of university when she joined the insurance industry. The following years were wonderful, during which she learned the basics of this industry, which shaped and developed her both as a professional and as a person.
