The Institute of Financial Studies, in partnership with the “Babeș-Bolyai” University through the Faculty of Business in Cluj-Napoca, invites you on December 12, 2022, at 12:00 to the SmartFIN@ISF Vocational Training Seminar. The seminar includes interactive presentations on career topics and case studies, as well as technical and practical aspects from the fields of insurance, capital markets, and pensions.
Special guests at the December 12 session:
Conf. univ. dr. Laura Elly NAGHI, Doctor in the field of Finance - Insurance with over 20 years of experience in adult professional training. She completed post-doctoral studies at ASE Bucharest in the field of insurance. She has published several books in the financial field, BDI articles, and frequently participates in international conferences. An ANC-authorized trainer with international certifications, she has contributed to the development of professional training manuals specific to non-banking financial markets. She delivers presentations at events organized in the financial market, including financial education projects for students (middle school, high school) and pre-university teachers.
Mihai HART has extensive professional experience in insurance. He has been part of this industry since 1998, working in sales (direct, indirect, and management). He has held all subordinate roles (agent, inspector + agent team), which have enhanced his experience in team relations. He has been an agency director since 2006. He has been involved in four rebranding and merger processes, including changes in insurance sales and promotion methods (many of which are no longer suitable for today’s context).
