The Institute of Financial Studies in partnership with the Titu Maiorescu University from Bucharest invites you on the date of 13 March 2023, hour 12:00 to the Vocational Training Seminar SmartFIN@ISF. The seminar includes interactive presentations on the subject of career and presentations of case studies, technical and practical aspects from the field of insurance, capital market, pensions.
Special guests at the session of 13 March:
Conf. univ. dr. Laura Elly NAGHI, Doctor in the field of Finance - Insurance with an experience of over 20 years in the field of adult professional training. Has completed post-doctoral studies at the ASE Bucharest in the field of insurance. Has several books published in the financial field, BDI articles, and frequent participations in international conferences. Authorized ANC trainer, with international certifications, has participated in the development of professional training manuals specific to non-banking financial markets. Delivers presentations at events organized in the financial market, including financial education projects among students (middle school, high school) and pre-university teachers.
Cosmin Tudor – is development director of the Pool of Insurance Against Natural Disasters (PAID) SA, is a graduate of the University Alexandru Ioan Cuza from Iași, Faculty of Economic Sciences, Marketing Section. He began his career in 1999 at the insurance company Asiban SA. After the takeover of the company Asiban SA by Groupama Asigurări, he held several senior management positions within this company (regional sales director Bucharest, director of sales to local brokers). Since 2019 he is part of the management team of PAID Romania where he is responsible for distribution for the growth of the portfolio of insured homes but also for the communication and marketing policy of the company.
Daniela Ambrose – is a graduate of the Faculty of Sociology and Social Work, University of Bucharest, field of study Human Resources and of the master’s in Organizational Psychology and Human Resources Management. She joined the UNIQA team in the year 2019, as a Training and Organizational Development Specialist, where she was involved in several HR projects that aim to discover, develop, and constantly train the potential of employees.
