The Institute of Financial Studies in partnership with the University of Bucharest invites you on the date of 18 May 2023, hour 17:00 to the Vocational Training Seminar SmartFIN@ISF. The seminar includes interactive presentations on the subject of career and presentations of case studies, technical and practical aspects from the field of insurance, capital market, pensions.

Remus DĂNILĂ, Head of Development and Public Affairs BVB - Has an experience of 15 years in capital markets, both in the brokerage industry and within stock exchanges. In the period 2005-2016, Remus worked for the KBC Securities group in Romania, Belgium, and Hungary, being responsible for brokerage activity for institutional clients. Subsequently, he joined the Budapest Stock Exchange, responsible for developing international partnerships. Since 2019, Remus is part of the BVB team, covering Public and Investor Relations activities, also being involved in Business Development projects. He is a graduate of the MBA program of HEC Paris and of the Faculty of Finance, Insurance, Banking, and Stock Exchanges at ASE.
Oana Cristina is a graduate of the Faculty of Letters (English-German) within the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University from Iași, and is currently a Senior Recruiter within NN Romania, an insurance company and private pension fund administrator.
After 10 years of activity in Digital Marketing, Oana turned to the human resources field in the year 2015, becoming a Recruitment Consultant and obtaining a Vocational Counselor certification. Due to her experience in multinational companies (Siemens, Raiffeisen, Google, BancPost, Lugera, Dona Pharmacies, etc.) and in the field of recruitment and career counseling, she was invited to various events dedicated to young people preparing to enter the labor market (Top Employers, workshops, and events on recruitment and vocational counseling themes), to offer them suggestions, advice, and answers to questions related to interview preparation and the recruitment process. Also, she has written several dozen articles and is a co-author of a “Career Guide for Students”, together with the team of Coaches and Career Counselors, with whom she worked in the period 2020-2022.
