Based on the objectives of the Institute of Financial Studies (ISF) regarding the organization of financial education activities such as seminars, conferences, colloquia, experience exchanges, and scientific sessions in the field of capital markets, we have identified the need to organize a continuous professional training event aimed at bringing together active specialists in Romania’s financial market.
The Capital Market School is an event primarily targeted at professions mentioned in the relevant regulations (compliance officer/person fulfilling the compliance function, person fulfilling the risk management function, individual investment consultant, individual providing investment services, person providing information on financial instruments, investment services, or ancillary services, senior management of entities authorized, regulated, and supervised by the ASF), offering high-value sessions for participants, as well as the opportunity to meet the continuous professional training requirements for the year 2025, in accordance with the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) Regulation no. 28/2020.
The event aims to provide free access to continuous professional training sessions only to participants who register for the offered sessions, which collectively must amount to the equivalent of at least 15 hours of continuous professional training.
The event agenda includes the following topics, with the clarification that only the sessions with the highest number of registrations will be organized:

Participation in these sessions (organized on an online platform) will be based on the order of registration, with a limit of 30 participants per training session, to ensure the quality of the training activity.
