The Institute of Financial Studies (ISF) in partnership with the Financial Supervisory Authority (A.S.F.) organizes an event addressed to students, within the framework of the Global Money Week (GMW), project of the OECD at the international level.
Under the slogan "Plan your money, plant your future", this year's edition of the GMW2023 also includes a special event, entitled White Night of Universities which will take place physically at the headquarters of the University of Bucharest – Faculty of Sociology and Social Work (headquarters at Șos. Panduri no. 90, sector 5, Bucharest), between the hours 18:00 and 21:00.
The event organized in partnership with the A.S.F. and the support of several universities will include a series of edutainment activities of financial education, meetings with personalities from the academic and business environment, trainings for personal development, presentations of institutions from the non-banking financial field, educational projections - sessions that have on average 30-40 minutes. The event is dedicated to students of universities in Bucharest, as well as students of the 11th and 12th grades from high schools in Bucharest. All these will be organized simultaneously, in different rooms and amphitheaters, participants having the opportunity to take part in this varied program that gives them the possibility to interact with professionals from different fields and to accumulate knowledge useful for their personal and professional development.
One of the activities organized in the amphitheater (main stage type) is the interaction with personalities from different fields.
Participants in this program have the opportunity to receive an added educational value, a significant contribution to their knowledge base, enjoying the presence of prominent personalities from the Romanian financial environment, among which:
Radu HANGA – President, Bucharest Stock Exchange;
Viorica PĂCURAR – Retail Sales Director, NN Asigurări de Viață;
Mihai PURCĂREA – General Director, BRD Asset Management.
