The Institute of Financial Studies, in partnership with the “Titu Maiorescu” University in Bucharest, invites you on November 24, 2022, at 14:00 to the SmartFIN@ISF Vocational Training Seminar. The seminar includes interactive presentations on career topics and case studies, as well as technical and practical aspects from the fields of insurance, capital markets, and pensions.
Special guests at the November 24 session:
Conf. univ. dr. Laura Elly NAGHI, Doctor in the field of Finance - Insurance with over 20 years of experience in adult professional training. She completed post-doctoral studies at ASE Bucharest in the field of insurance. She has published several books in the financial field, BDI articles, and frequently participates in international conferences. An ANC-authorized trainer with international certifications, she has contributed to the development of professional training manuals specific to non-banking financial markets. She delivers presentations at events organized in the financial market, including financial education projects for students (middle school, high school) and pre-university teachers.
Alina SEBE is a graduate of Sociology from the University of Bucharest and holds a master’s degree in Corporate Communication. Alina began her professional career in HR in 2012, gaining expertise in various areas (recruitment, training, organizational development). Since 2015, she has been part of the UNIQA team, and currently coordinates training and organizational development activities. The development programs she coordinates are based on the premise that every experience transforms us and that we can become the best version of ourselves.
Ciprian MIHALACHE – Director of the Legal and Compliance Department, with over 14 years of experience in the insurance sector and 8 years in the leasing sector. He has coordinated and implemented numerous projects within the companies he works for, in the areas of legal and compliance: GDPR, IDD, Solvency II, and others. He has participated in all ASF financial education projects for students (middle school, high school). Additionally, he has conducted educational initiatives in the media for two consecutive years through two pilot financial education sessions aimed at children in the “Family School” program. He completed his studies at the Mihail Kogălniceanu Faculty in Iași and is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association.
