The Institute of Financial Studies and the Financial Supervisory Authority, in partnership with the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, invite you on October 4, 2022, at 13:30, during World Investor Week 2022, to the SmartFIN@ISF Vocational Training Seminar – Academic Laboratory. The seminar includes interactive presentations on career topics and case studies, as well as technical and practical aspects from the fields of insurance, capital markets, and pensions.
Special Guests at the October 4 Session:
Associate Professor Dr. Laura Elly NAGHI, PhD in Finance - Insurance, with over 20 years of experience in adult professional training. She completed postdoctoral studies at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies in the field of insurance. She has published several books in the financial field, BDI-indexed articles, and frequently participates in international conferences. As an ANC-authorized trainer with international certifications, she has contributed to the development of professional training manuals specific to non-banking financial markets. She delivers presentations at events organized in the financial market, including financial education projects for students (secondary school, high school) and pre-university teachers.
Roxana BĂLUȚĂ is a Programs Coordinator and Life and Health Insurance Specialist at UNSAR – National Union of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies in Romania, with a career spanning over 15 years in insurance, including 8 years of extensive experience in reshaping and improving operational processes and developing insurance products. Before joining the professional association of insurers, Roxana was responsible for project management at one of the most well-known companies in the industry. Currently, Roxana manages several programs within UNSAR, while also coordinating the activities of the Marketing, Communication, and PR Group, the Digitalization and Innovation Group, and the Life and Health Insurance Section.
Claudiu ȘOFRON, Auto Insurance Specialist, a graduate of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, joined the UNSAR team at the beginning of this year after over 6 years of experience in the insurance field at ALLIANZ-ȚIRIAC Insurance.
Bogdan TUDOSIE has over 15 years of experience in sales and trading in financial markets. He currently organizes and coordinates sales activities at BRD Asset Management. He has been an active member of the CFA Romania association since 2013, when he was awarded the CFA designation, one of the most prestigious titles globally among financial professionals.
